ACOL Begins To Rebound After Black Friday Ad Campaign Launch

Yesterday Acology Inc. (OTCQB:ACOL) announced that its signature product, the Medtainer™ has been selected to be apart of the Honorary 2014 American Music Awards Celebrity Gift Bag Giveaway.  Being that the medical and recreational marijuana industry has gained so much attention, any opportunity to get the product into the hands of some of the most photographed people in the world is a great opportunity in my opinion. Unfortunately the stock slumped to near 45 day lows but for some traders, this came as an incredible opportunity to accumulate lower priced shares.  Despite the stock closing in the red, it’s Black Friday that seems to have sparked some re-interest in the market today…or more specifically last night’s first marketing blitz for the Medtainer deals during the holiday season.

Let’s put this into perspective

According to data gathered by the National Retail Foundation who tracks retail spending, holiday sales are expected to increase 4.1% in 2014, “a healthy gain over last holiday season’s 3.1% increase”. Sales in November and December can account for as much as 30% of a retailer’s annual sales, and make up nearly 20% of the industry’s annual $3.2 trillion!

Here’s the kicker…Black Friday has never involved the marijuana industry until THIS YEAR!  So not only does the Medtainer get to take advantage of a strong dose of celebrity appeal but it’s also going to be able to grab onto the Black Friday Bandwagon!

Market Reaction

So far today the stock has seen a swift jump to highs of $0.175 and is now up nearly 35% from the opening bell. It looks like this is off and moving and though it was a slower open than I had expected, I see a lot of potential with ACOL especially heading into the afternoon.

In true form the stock has begun bouncing off of its lower support level and there’s plenty of day left for this to keep pushing ahead in my opinion.  As the price continues to move higher, the Level 2 is still soooo thin IMO.  ACOL could be right back on track to breakout just like it did the last time I said, “Hey take a look at ACOL…it might breakout!”

Just keep in mind that at the end of the day, it’s all about grabbing gains and right now it looks like ACOL is on target to show some explosive action before the close!
